Die Geschichte der \u201eSchlesischen Anleihen\u201c zeigt, dass die tats\u00e4chliche Durchsetzung der R\u00fcckzahlung von institutioneller Gestaltung und politischer Macht abh\u00e4ngt \u2013 und dass Kapitalm\u00e4rkte zwischen rechtlichem Anspruch und realer Durchsetzbarkeit sehr genau unterscheiden.<\/p>\n<p>Als Friedrich II. von Preu\u00dfen im Dezember 1740 \u00d6sterreich ohne Vorwarnung angriff und Schlesien besetzte, ver\u00e4nderte sich nicht nur die politische Landkarte Mitteleuropas. Mit dem Frieden von Berlin vom 28. Juli 1742 \u00fcbernahm Preu\u00dfen den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil der Provinz \u2013 musste sich dabei allerdings auch bereiterkl\u00e4ren, die auf Schlesien hypothekierten Schulden gegen\u00fcber englischen und niederl\u00e4ndischen Gl\u00e4ubigern zu bedienen.<\/p>\n<p>In seinem Vortrag zeichnet Ulrich Bindseil die Geschichte dieser \u201eSchlesischen Anleihen\u201c nach.
