In November 2021 the RiskBooks title “Non-Financial Risk Management: Emerging stronger after COVID-19“ has been published. 40+ authors demonstrate how successful Non-Financial Risk Management looks like and what the tools of the trade have learned and are still learning from COVID-19.

The editor will discuss in this online book presentation with several authors which implications COVID-19 has on a bank’s resilience with a focus on behavioral elements – from risk culture and the overarching framework of resilience over the biases in scenario analysis to human elements in decision-making on outsourcing.
